Privacy Policy — Imaginary AI

This Privacy Policy explains how Imaginary AI LLC ("Imaginary AI," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit imaginaryai.biz (the "Website") or engage us to build a Business Command Center ("BCC"). We try to keep this short and honest.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

Contact and discovery information: name, email, company, and anything you share when you book a discovery call or email us.
Engagement information: business details, system inventories, credentials, sample data, and other materials you provide during a BCC build.

Information collected automatically

Usage data: standard server and analytics data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URL, and timestamps.

Information from third parties

When you authorize your BCC to connect to a third-party service (e.g. Gmail, Google Drive, Outlook, OneDrive, QuickBooks Online, GitHub, Vercel, a social platform) via Composio, that service may share data with your BCC according to the scopes you approve. We only access what your build requires.

2. How we use information

To respond to inquiries and schedule discovery calls.
To deliver, configure, support, and improve your BCC.
To send invoices and engagement-related communications.
To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your business data, AI prompts, or AI outputs to train models.

3. How we share information

We share information only as needed:

Service providers / sub-processors we use to run the Website and deliver BCCs (e.g. Anthropic for Claude, Supabase for database and auth, Composio for integrations, our hosting provider, our email provider, our scheduling provider). Each is bound by its own terms and security obligations.
Legal: when required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, or property.
Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice where required.

4. Data retention

We retain client engagement information for as long as needed to deliver and support your BCC and as required by tax, accounting, and legal obligations. Discovery-call and inquiry data is retained for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete it sooner. You can request deletion at any time at support@imaginaryai.biz.

5. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including least-privilege access, encryption in transit, and credential isolation per client. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email support@imaginaryai.biz. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

U.S. state privacy rights

Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have the rights described above. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

European Economic Area / United Kingdom

If you are in the EEA or UK, the legal bases we rely on are: performance of a contract (delivering Services you requested), our legitimate interests (running and improving our business), consent (where required, e.g. for non-essential cookies), and compliance with legal obligations. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

7. Children

The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. International transfers

We are based in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. and other countries where our service providers operate.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
